Privacy
The short version: this site sets no cookies, builds no profiles, and shows no ads. We collect as little as a website can, and what you send us by email stays between us. The details, in plain language:
Who is responsible
CrediGeo, full contact details are on the Legal Notice page. For anything privacy-related, email [email protected].
What this website collects
The site is a set of static pages served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare's infrastructure processes technical data (IP address, browser type) in server logs to deliver the pages and defend against abuse. That processing is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
For visitor statistics we run a self-hosted instance of Umami, an open-source analytics tool: no cookies, nothing stored on your device, no profile of you, and no analytics provider receiving your data, the numbers stay on our own server. IP addresses are never stored in the clear: they are reduced to a hash whose salt rotates on a schedule, so you can't be identified and long-term profiles can't be built. We see aggregate numbers ("how many people read this page"), not individuals. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
If you request the free breakdown
The form asks for your company name, product category, work email and (optionally) your website. We use that data for exactly one purpose: producing and sending you the breakdown you asked for (and deciding whether we honestly can). Submissions are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure in the EU, together with technical request data (IP address, country, browser identifier) kept to defend the form against abuse, and are delivered to the mailbox of the person who runs your measurement. We keep submissions only as long as handling your request requires, we delete them on request, email [email protected]. And we never add you to a list or a sequence: you asked one question, you get one answer.
If you email us
Your email address and whatever you write are used to answer you. That's it. If we end up working together, correspondence is kept as part of the business relationship. If not, it's routine mailbox housekeeping. We never sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
If you book a call
Call bookings run through Cal.com, which processes the name, email, and time slot you enter in order to schedule the meeting. Cal.com acts under its own privacy policy for that processing; we receive the booking details and use them only to hold the call.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy. Email [email protected] and it will be handled directly. There's no department to get lost in. You also have the right to complain to a data-protection supervisory authority.
