How we got Vokaro named by AI assistants
A real engagement, measured the same way we’d measure yours. Vokaro is a B2B SaaS company — an AI phone-assistant platform. We did the earned-authority work behind its AI visibility: the answer-shaped content the engines read and cite. Today it’s named in 8 of 9 Google AI Mode answers to buyers’ questions in its category, while 5 different AI assistants have sent it referral visits — up from a single engine at launch.

The challenge
Vokaro launched into a crowded category where buyers increasingly ask an AI assistant — not a page of blue links — which software to use. A new brand is absent from those answers by default; the ones that get named are the ones whose content the models have learned to read and trust.
What we did
We did the earned-authority work our engagements are built on: the answer-shaped content the engines actually read — category and comparison pages, plain-language product facts — structured so an AI assistant can quote it. No paid placements, no directory buys; the visibility below is earned by pages that answer the buyer’s question well enough for the engines to cite them.
The result
When buyers ask AI assistants for software in Vokaro’s category, Vokaro now shows up. It’s named in 8 of 9 Google AI Mode answers we measured, and the engines pull from Vokaro’s own pages to build those answers — the content we made is itself a cited source, not a paid placement.
The two engines don’t agree. Vokaro is named far more often on Google AI Mode than on ChatGPT, where it still surfaces inconsistently. That split is the finding, not a footnote: closing the ChatGPT gap is exactly the kind of work a next phase targets.

AI assistants send real visitors — and more of them
The other half shows up in Vokaro’s own analytics: people arriving from AI assistants. At launch a single engine sent traffic; since then all 5 have — 88 sessions across the period.

|---|---|
| ChatGPT | 47 |
| Claude | 16 |
| Perplexity | 13 |
| Gemini | 10 |
| Copilot | 2 |

This is the measurement-led approach we bring to every engagement: build the pages the engines actually read, then measure whether the answers move.
